Section 1: Payment

Payment methods
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Different currencies shown are for reference only. All payments will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars.

Bank transfer
After completing the transfer/deposit, you must provide proof of payment to shop@my-im.com. You will receive a payment confirmation email once full payment has been acknowledged. Items will not be delivered until acknowledgement has been made.

 

Section 2: Delivery

To prevent unsuccessful delivery, please track your order regularly and ensure a person is present to receive your order.

Free shipping if you order 5+ packs!
No shipping fee will be charged for self-pick up at our Central store.

> INTERNATIONAL​
Free standard shipping if you order 10+ packs to:
Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Philippines, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, US, Vietnam

Delivery time
Generally, your items will be delivered within 3 working days for Hong Kong orders, and 10 working days for international orders.

You can track your order and see the estimated arrival date online using the tracking number sent to your email.

Orders are usually processed on the same business day from Monday to Friday and are shipped within 48 hours. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. For orders made outside business days, items will be shipped out on the next business day.

If you have not received your item(s) within 7 days for Hong Kong, or 21 working days for International orders, contact us. Please note that delivery times may be longer depending on your location.

Tracking
We will email you the tracking number once we have shipped your order. Please add shop@my-im.com to your address book and check the spam folder if you cannot find it.

Self pick-up
For self pick-up, visit our store between 10am – 7pm. Please present your HKID or passport so we can match your name to the order.

Unsuccessful delivery
For items that are not successfully delivered due to wrong addresses provided by the customer, we will charge an additional reshipment fee of 30 HKD for orders shipped to Hong Kong addresses, or a fee determined by the courier for international orders.

Botamedi Hong Kong is not liable for any loss, theft or delay of packages during shipping.

 

Section 3: Returns and Exchange

We only allow exchange for damaged/pre-opened packaging, wrong orders sent and special cases. All exchanges must reach us within 10 working days from the day of delivery. Items can be sent to us by post or in person.

In case of defective items, Botamedi Hong Kong will cover all postage costs. If the customer wishes to change the defective item to a different product, he/she must pay 50% of the postage fee.

Botamedi Hong Kong is not liable for any purchases made through third parties. All requests for exchanges in such cases will be duly declined.

We do not accept refunds for items sold on this website.

 

Section 4: Modifying Order

If you would like to add items, remove items, cancel or merge orders for shipping, contact us as soon as possible. If we have already shipped your item(s) (usually the next business day), we will not be able to cancel or make any changes.

 

Section 5: Having Problems?

If you encounter any problems during checkout, please email shop@my-im.com with the name, delivery address and contact number you provided when you placed the order.
